Job Description
Great opportunity for a candidate with excellent Customer Care skills who is fluent in Russian and English plus one other languages from Italian, German, Spanish and French to join an expanding Company. Starting salary will depend on previous relevant experience.
This office-based role will require the successful candidate to liaise regularly with clients from outside the UK. In addition to providing telephone-based customer support, it will also include translation work, administration and coordination tasks including managing the accuracy of database records, administration for client marketing campaigns, writing letters and e mails in all three languages and auditing Company transactions. Full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will have great attention to detail as well as trilingual language fluency (spoken and written) and basic proficiency in Word, and Excel. Salaries are regularly reviewed as your experience grows, to ensure they remain competitive and reward achievement.
