Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading International Financial organisation in Epsom. We are currently seeking a Project Secretary to support the IT Team and provide secretarial support to the IT function as required.
The role will initially be offered as a Part-time temporay contract (starting 4th October 2010 to 1st April 2011) however there is a good chance of extension or even a permanent placement for the right candidate
Working days will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
· Producing and issuing meeting minutes
o IT Manager’s Monthly Meetings
o IT Manager’s Weekly Meetings
o Meetings with Suppliers
o Other Internal IT Meetings
· Organisation and filing of all IT documentation
o Licence information
o Purchase Orders & Delivery Notes
o Network requests
o Contracts with Suppliers
o Maintenance Agreements
o IT General Manager Documentation
o SOX Documentation
· Producing Monthly/Yearly progress reports
o Creating OPS Pack for UK Operations Meetings
o Collating information for the EAAC Pack for IT Service Delivery Manager
o Overtime Analysis reports
o Cost Savings report
o Budget reports
