Job Description
We currently have a vacancy in our West London office for a Customer Care Executive; full and part time contacts available.
The team is responsible for client retentions and most of their day is spent on the phone. This is by no means a call centre type role and the day is broken up with administrative tasks as well.
The successful candidate would have an excellent telephone manner and would ideally have at least six months experience in a telephone based customer service role.
This is not a sales role so we would need someone who is customer service focused and used to dealing with difficult telephone calls. Duties include:
€¢ Primarily focused on the delivery of excellent standards of customer service at all times, continually monitoring service levels and proactively identifying areas of improvement
€¢ Delivering a high level of support to members through both written and oral communication
€¢ Ensuring the timely resolution to any occurring technical or service related enquiries, issues or complaints
€¢ Developing and managing relationships with estate agents in discussion with a team of local business development managers and the inside sales team.
€¢ Providing all relevant input to the local business development managers (e.g. pipeline business, barriers/issues to achieve monthly profitability) to allow for results assessments.
€¢ Working with other teams particularly Sales, Accounts, IT and Marketing departments.
The salary: £9:00 per hour weekly pay+ additional £200 per month as part of a commission scheme.
