Job Description

Hours per week: 37.5 Full time.9:00am to 5:30pm Part time hours are available. Thursday & Friday. 9:00am to 5:30pm Salary: £9:00 per hour, weekly pay. Location: West London We are currently recruiting for a customer care executive to work from our West London office where you will be responsible for retaining customers through re-active and pro-active discussions regarding the effectiveness of our product range. The successful candidate will consist of identifying customers who are not utilising our product and liaising with them to improve effectiveness. Responsibilities include: Providing regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations. Pro-actively call agents who could potentially be at risk of leaving the site(s) (i.e. haven’t uploaded for a while / have poor response) to try and improve the service provided and prevent any possible cancellation / negative feedback. Deal with inbound enquiries from agents who may be unhappy with the service and therefore ‘at risk’ of leaving the site. Explain the features and benefits of the company to encourage the agent to remain on the site. Offer advice on how they may be able to improve their performance (i.e. adding pictures, amending property descriptions etc). Contact low risk agents as a matter of courtesy to check that they are happy with their listings and have no outstanding issues. Other duties to be confirmed as part of ongoing work with team Desirable: Previous experience in the property industry, telephone or customer service experience.
