Office Administrator required

Musketeer Services Ltd is looking for an Office Administrator with previous administration experience to work in our office located 10 minutes walk from Horley station.

Candidates should be enthusiastic and conscientious with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The job is mainly computer and telephone based, working on Microsoft Word, Excel and bespoke database systems. Full training will be given but a good working knowledge of computers is essential.

Musketeer Services Ltd is a water treatment and combustion company and our office supports our clients and our team of engineers. Work includes: managing engineers paperwork and job instructions, scheduling engineers work, typing reports and quotations for clients and answering telephone and email queries.

Salary @ £14,000 – 17,500 depending on experience.
20 days holiday per annum.
