An excellent opportunity has now arisen in a Redhill office for a Customer Support Co-ordinator to provide superb customer service to our portfolio of clients. You’ll be dealing with claims from start to finish by working in conjunction your colleagues within the field (Surveyors and Loss Adjusters) to ensure a smooth, efficient and cost effective claims process.
Ideally, you’ll be able to put yourself in our customer’s shoes to see the full picture and have the ability to make decisions based on the facts, treating all claims on their individual merits
You’ll be / will have:
• Superb communications skills – listening and acting upon information given
• Solid customer service and administrative experience
• The ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your own caseload of claims
• Develop and maintain a close working relationship with customers, promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim.
• Be able to prioritise your workload on a daily basis
• Excellent keyboard skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Be educated to an advanced level
